Happy Monday pretty friends! This week we are eating at least 2 cups of vegetables each day. It shouldn’t be too hard, right? I plan on drinking veggie juices and eating salads each day. I find that those give me more energy when I drink them in the morning. Speaking of energy boosting, how amazing is this infographic my friends at GoToMeeting AU put together? Each tip is extremely valuable and accurate. I personally love eating a boiled egg for energy in the mornings. What’s your favorite??
