Hi my friends! Today is day 3 of the cleanse. Almost half way through! Today has been much better then yesterday. This morning I woke up feeling very weak and shaky but after I ate a big breakfast I felt a lot better. For breakfast I cut up tomatoes and put pieces of avocado’s on them. So good! That gave me a boost of energy.
I continued through my morning with snacking on 1 banana and 1 tangerine. For lunch I made another salad with sprouts, tomatoes, carrots, and avocado. I also made a delicious mango, cucumber, and coconut salad with fresh lemon juice on top.
For dinner I made another salad and made a strawberry-mango protein shake.
