Happy Thursday pretty friends! Today lets talk about getting a haircut. When you move to a new city a few of things you dread the most is finding a new doctor, dentist and hairdresser. Yep, hair is that important! At least in my opinion. Trusting someone with your hair is a scary thing. For all my Atlanta friends- I am here to help! Introducing MY SALON Suite located in Buckhead.

MY SALON Suite is a high-end salon suite that allows seasoned beauty professionals an opportunity to own and operate their own business. From hair stylists to skincare specialists and nail techs, MY SALON Suite members have their own private studio that they use to service customers.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Wanda from Wanna Be Salon. Wanda is one of the tenants at MY SALON Suite in Buckhead. She did a deep conditioning treatment and gave me a haircut. She also taught me a few facts about my hair- like the that it’s fine but I have a lot of it. She even taught me what haircuts work and don’t work for my hair type! It was a great learning experience and I left feeling picture ready!

Meet Wanda

Miss Wanda is equally talented as she is beautiful. I had such a great time getting to know her as we chatted during my haircut. She’s a Master stylist and has been in the business for over 20 years. She clearly knows her stuff! Here’s a few facts about Wanda:

– Her goal is to make sure all of her clients walk away with breathtaking color, cuts and hair extensions that are low-maintenance, versatile and suited for their personality.
– She’s freelanced at many behind the scenes events, elite black tie affairs, press releases and a slew of many more high end industry functions.
– She has traveled to different cities like Chicago and New York to attend classes, workshops and trade shows.
– Committed to excellence…a woman on the move and she prides herself on inspiring other women to follow their dreams and to LOVE everything FUN, FABULOUS, and FIERCE!
