Happy Thursday friends! This has been a long overdue blog post and highly requested. I’ve compiled a list of things that I absolutely loved using with Robinson, new things I ordered and a roundup of pretty little items I have purchased over the last 9 months. I hope you find this round up helpful!
New Things I Ordered
Baby Gear
NUNA PIPA Car Seat and Base– One of my dear friends highly recommended this car seat. On top of being beautiful, it has outstanding reviews.
UPPAbaby Cruz Stroller– This is another item that came recommended by various Moms. It’s definitely a splurge but everyone says it is well worth it. What I liked the most about this stroller is the fact that you can add to it! That way it’s perfect for multiple kids.
Bibs Baby Pacifiers– I used the WubbaNub pacifiers with Robinson but I want to try these beautiful, vintage looking pacifiers with baby girl. A lot of my friends use them and love them!
Crib Bedding- For the most part I a re-using the same white bedding but I did find a few cute pink pieces to add this time around. This crib sheet is so feminine and I got her a monogrammed pillow as well.
Scalloped Baskets- I got these baskets for babies nursery and they are even prettier in person! They are worth every penny!
Changing Table– Since babies nursery will be white and gold, I chose this gold changing table. The material is metal but it’s pretty light and easy to assemble.
Bottles– I used various different bottles with Robinson but these were some of my favorites! I plan to use these in pink this time along with the Dr. Brown bottles.
Clothes
Gingham Newborn Welcome Set– This brand and set came highly recommended by many Moms. It comes with a hospital bassinet crib sheet so you can use while you’re taking photos of your new baby!
Comfy Clothes- A few of my favorites that I purchased are Pixie Lily Pin Tuck Day Gown and sleeping gowns, convertible gowns from Kissy Kissy and this Beaufort Bonnet Newborn set.
Bows- Needless to say, I have been buying many many bows for my little princess! There are a ton of great options but a few of the ones I have purchased are bows by Laura Hoyos, La Belle and Lilama.
Vintage Inspired Pieces- Shopping for a little girl has already been SO much fun! I enjoyed shopping for Robinson but there is just way more options for girls. One of the things I have enjoyed buying is beautiful vintage inspired baby clothes. I found some at the precious children’s boutique Cygnet Living. Baby girl has various pieces from Cygnet Living including the Maris Romper, Monogrammed Ruffle Onesie and tiny pink Evie shoes. I also ordered a few things from Daniel & Sofia like this white embroidered blouse to put under dresses.
What I Am Reusing
DockATot– This was hands down one of my favorite items I used with Robinson. I do not believe in co-sleeping so I strictly used this when he was laying in a bed, his crib, Moses basket or on the floor as a newborn.
Bassinet– I purchased this bassinet from a friend who used it for two of her babies. I used it with Robinson and loved how it rolls and I could bring him close to me when it was time for those late night nursing sessions. He was in it for about 4 months before I put it away.
The Ollie Swaddle– This was my favorite swaddle I used with Robinson. It was super easy to use and kept him snug as a bug! I plan to re-use the same aqua blue one with baby girl.
Moses Basket– I loved using a Moses basket with Robinson for when we would go outside or when I wanted to put him on the ground next to me. This time around I went with a different design and bought The Bilia Bassinet with the white handles. It’s hand made and perfect for a little princess!
Boppy– I was given the Boppy at Robinson’s baby shower and it’s something I used a lot. I have both the lounge chair for baby and the nursing pillow for me. Both are amazing and I plan to re-use with baby girl. I also bought a new, girly cover to use for the nursing pillow.
Diaper Dispenser– I seriously don’t know what Moms did before these diaper dispensers were invented! They are the BEST to keep stinky diapers in!
