This past weekend my sister came to visit me from Florida. When I asked her what she wanted to do she requested we find a delicious brunch spot with bottomless mimosas. My kind of girl! While looking for brunch places in Roswell, we stumbled upon The Mill Kitchen and Bar. This lovely southern restaurant supports local, sustainable, organic agriculture, as well as the humane raising and harvesting of animals. They support local farms in Georgia as well as nearby places like Ashley Farms in North Carolina. You can get a full detailed list of their farms here.
With seating available outside and inside, we were able to get a table right away. Out waitress greeted us with a warm smile and told us about their $10 bottomless mimosa deal. Talk about a good deal! Most places in Atlanta that offer bottomless mimosas range from $14-$20 so you can image how happy this little student was. We started out with their Deviled Eggs- which came with a small piece of bacon on top. You could just taste how fresh these eggs were! We then had their famous Chicken and Waffles, which was presented beautifully. My sister particularly liked how sweet the sorghum mustard syrup was on the waffles. I personally loved the serving size because it was enough to fill us up but not enough to make you over eat.
If you are looking for a fun restaurant to try for brunch- I strongly recommend The Mill. Its located in downtown Roswell and only a mile from the fun, lively Canton Street. With so much to see and do in historic Roswell, you could easily make this into a fun afternoon adventure.
