Happy Tuesday pretty friends! Today I have an invitation to a very special event- its called Strut your Mutt put on by the Best Friends Animal Society! If you are not familiar with Best Friends, they are the largest no kill sanctuary in the country for companion animals. Every year they hold this fabulous event, Strut Your Mutt (SYM), to help raise awareness about the 9,000 dogs that are (sadly) put to sleep in shelters every day and funds to help shelters and rescues get more dogs adopted. The event has taken place in 12 cities each year and this year they added Atlanta and Phoenix to the list making it 14 cities total. Here’s how you can get involved-

Fundraising
Fundraising is an important part of Strut Your Mutt, since the money raised makes it possible for lifesaving programs that make an impact on the number of pets entering and leaving shelters. This year, we hope to raise $3 million in support of homeless pets.
Reaching your fundraising goal may sometimes call for a little creativity and fortitude. And since we know how hard you’re working to meet those goals, we’ve put together some quick and easy tips to help you out.
Hope to see you there friends!
