Today has by far been the hardest day. I woke up this morning feeling very weak and dehydrated. I quickly drank a few glasses of water and ate a few handfuls of grapes when I first woke up. I realized that although I have been eating healthy- I have not been eating enough. If you are going to do this cleanse in the future please make sure you consume A LOT of veggies and fruits. You should be eating twice the amount of vegetables then fruits.

For lunch I made the roasted red pepper soup again. I also made the sweet potato chips on the side but this time I sprayed a little bit of truffle oil on them. They turned out amazing! So far this has been my favorite meal (obviously why I cooked it again).My afternoon snack was a whole cucumber sliced and placed in apple cider vinegar.
For dinner I made a vegetable stir fry. I used sesame oil to cook the vegetables in and added a tiny bit of low sodium soy sauce. This recipe is extremely basic. I sliced up all my vegetables: white onion, carrot, zucchini, sweet peppers, mushrooms, and garlic. I placed the onions and zucchini in first since they take a little longer to cook. I then put the rest of the vegetables into the pan. When I saw that everything was cooked I added 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
