Happy Thursday my friends! Today I am doing my weekly restaurant review and featuring Dragon Bowl. Located in the Emory Village, this delectable restaurant has a lot to offer. Since we both love Asian Fusion cuisine, my husband and I were very excited to check out Dragon Bowl for the first time.
We started out with some Shanghai Dumplings which were handmade dumplings filled with pork, garlic & ginger. They were very fresh and the dipping sauce was delicious. Off to a great start! Next, Andrew ordered their pork bah mi tacos. From the first bite, Andrew would not stop talking about how amazing these tacos were. I tried a bite and could instantly see what he was talking about. The tacos were crisp and everything tasted incredibly fresh.
I ordered their famous BiBimBap bowl which came with- grilled ribeye, kimchi pickles, lettuce, sesame spinach, bean sprouts & fried egg over dragon rice. drizzled with Korean bbq sauce & garnished with sesame seeds & scallions. This bowl was PACKED with flavor. If you are looking for a filling, delicious, fast lunch- try a bowl at Dragon Bowl.
Another wonderful thing about Dragon Bowl is when you dine there, you’re supporting a local eatery that helps make our community a better place. They care about the well-being of our neighborhood (and their guests!). That’s why you’ll often find them raising funds and hosting dine-outs for local schools & organizations. For example, Dragon Bowl raised $2158 for The Giving Kitchen during Chinese New Year.
Let me know what you get at your next visit to Dragon Bowl!
