Hi friends! For the month of August I’m going to bring back my summer series, garden to table recipes. Once a week I will share an easy and delicious recipe featuring ingredients from our garden. First up is this spectacular peach and tomato salad. I shared one back in May that I made via stories and I had various requests to post the recipe. I also have a watermelon version that is very similar and just as delicious! I am a firm believer that burrata cheese taste good with just about anything! You could easily pair it with any fruit and even add a salty element like prosciotto. YUM! I might do that next time!
