Happy Thursday pretty friends! Today is the last Thursday in June so that means the last of my series, Nutrition-on-the-go. But not to worry, I have saved the best for last! If you have been following me for a while you have definitely heard me talk about my favorite local juice, Chuice. They recently changed their look and are better than ever!

So what exactly is Chuice? Chuice is a delicious blend of over 35 fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts and seeds. As you can see by the ingredient list, Chuice is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and fiber. Lets take a minute and talk about fiber. I’m sure you’ve grown up hearing how important fiber is- like it helps us go potty and keeps us full longer. But fiber also helps prevent:
Heart disease: Fiber may aid in the prevention of heart disease by helping lower your cholesterol.
Diabetes: Fiber helps control blood sugar levels for people with diabetes.
