Happy Friday friends! Can you believe the end of the year is just around the corner? That also means that New Years Eve party planning is in full gear! If you are hosting a party this year I have the perfect drink for you to share with your guest, a spicy jalapeño Moscow mule! This is a fun spin on a classic drink that will be a hit at your party!
A Few Tips
For this recipe I used Rio Luna Organic Nacho Sliced Jalapeños. These are my go-to jalapeños, especially when making cocktails, because they are super easy to handle (since they come sliced) and they taste incredibly fresh. Rio Luna Jalapeños not only provide a rich, aromatic flavor, but they’re also certified organic, non-GMO, kosher, fat free, low calorie and cholesterol free.
Keep in mind, you have full control of the amount of heat this cocktail packs. Rio Luna Organic Jalapeños have a handy heat index meter on the label that will help guide you. If you want more heat, add more jalapeños to the vodka mix. I added 5 slices and it was the perfect amount of heat. I hope you enjoy this delicious recipe and happy new year!

Instructions
