Happy Friday friends! It’s been a few weeks since I last posted due to a very busy end of summer! We have been traveling the last two weeks and hosting family. But now we are home for a bit and wanted to share a delicious recipe with you!
Last month I worked with the Georgia Watermelon Association to share a smoothie bowl and dessert via Facebook Live. I had a precious assistant in my dessert video that stole the show (click here to watch it)! The dessert we created was a Melon Ball bowl and it was phenomenal! I’ve received a few messages from friends that tried the recipe and loved it!
The recipe I shared in the video is a little different than the one I am sharing here today. I found that just using condensed milk works out better than adding milk to the mixture and also keeps the calories down. You can also use ANY fruit in your bowl because everything goes with condensed milk!
I hope you enjoy this super easy to make summer dessert! It’s the perfect way to say good bye to watermelon season!
