Happy Thursday my friends! We are in full swim suit weather now here in Georgia! Not quite ready to be seen in your favorite swimsuit? Well no worries my friend- a little hard work and discipline will get you there. And great news, Infinity Yoga is here to help.
Founded in 2014, Infinity Yoga provides a knowledgeable, welcoming and comfortable place to practice yoga as well as enhance ones well being and general approach to holistic health. The tranquil studio offers classes for all levels, as well as private classes and teacher training. Only at Infinity Yoga are special yoga classes offered for endurance athletes, runners, and cyclists. The studio’s unique name was inspired from the teams’ open-mind and interconnected approach to both health and well-being.
Last week I was able to attend a class taught by Jenny at their new Dunwoody location. The class was a beginners yoga and it was perfect for a newbie like myself. Jenny was so patient and took the time to show us a few of the basics of yoga. By the end of the class I felt more confident and had a better understanding of yoga.
Infinity Yoga has all kinds of classes to offer. Here are the different options- Beginners, Power to the Core, Morning Flow, Infinity Flow, Foundational Flow, Advanced Infinity Flow, Yoga Basics, Form and Flow, Restorative Flow, Heated Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yoga for Cyclists & Athletes, and Yoga for Runners & Athletes.
A variety of class packs can be purchased through the website. A few options include:
- New Student Special 30 days for $30
- Unlimited Monthly Membership $99
- Five class pack for $70
With locations in Brookhaven and Dunwoody, Infinity Yoga will meet your fitness needs. For more information head over to their website by clicking here. A special thanks to Kitsy from Kitsy Rose PR for introducing me to this wonderful yoga studio!
