Happy Tuesday pretty friends! If you’ve been following along for some time now, you have definitely read about one of my favorite restaurants, Colletta. Located at Avalon, Colletta makes their cheese and pasta in house daily and offers some of the very best modern Italian cuisine in Atlanta.
When I go to Colletta a few dishes I absolutely get are the meatballs {they actually won BEST meatball in in 2015 by the Atlanta Meatball Festival}, a Bellini and the black pepper tagliatelle. This pasta is made with carbonara, pork tesa, egg yolk, chives and pecorino romano. Take my word for it, it’s to die for!
Summer Menu
Aside from their famous classic dishes, Colletta has recently added some delectable dishes to their summer menu. A few are pictured above which include-
- A Peach Bellini- taste like a fresh glass of peach juice! This could get dangerous!!
- The 50 layer lasagna- you read correctly, 50 layers of goodness!!
- Green Salad with Shaved Peaches- so fresh and so clean!
