As I have mentioned various times before, my best friend Haley and I signed up for a lowcountry cooking class at Charleston Cooks. This adorable little cooking store also is famous for their cooking, baking, and entertaining classes. Haley and I were fortunate enough to be in town for their autumn entertaining cooking class. Our instructor, Chef Victoria, was pretty amazing. She was energetic, eager to teach us, and extremely knowledgeable. Haley and I also thought she was very entertaining with her funny personality. She started out our class by giving us the basic instructions on cutting, salting, and staying alive in a kitchen.
