When you walk in you go straight to the buffet. You can start with building your own salad then by adding your sides. At the end of the buffet you get to pick your meat (and as much as you want) from the rotisserie.
After you make your first plate, you can go find a table to sit at. The waitress will then come to you and get your drink order.
