Happy Thursday my friends! Hope you are holding up during this frigid week. I am not looking forward to taking the train to school today in 12 degree weather! Brrrr!

Today I wanted to share my fun experience at the new Flywheel studio in Avalon. Two weekends ago I had the pleasure of co-hosting a fun blogger flybarre event with Cynthia from Sensibly Sharp Blog and Monique from Casually Chic Blog. From the moment we walked into Flywheel we were taken back by this incredible studio. This modern, high tech workout facility offers spin and barre classes. Flywheel has become extremely popular around the United States and we are so lucky to have a few locations here in Atlanta now!

Some of our favorite Atlanta bloggers joined us for an intense Flybarre class taught by Amy. The Barre studio was nice and small and very well organized. Unlike other barre classes, each mat came with all the equipment you needed for the class.

My favorite part of the workout was a segment called dynamic arms. This too was unlike any other Barre class I’ve ever been to. Amy lead us in an arm routine that made us feel like we were in a music video! It was awesome because you didn’t really feel like you were working! But trust me- it was definitely a workout! I was sore for 3 days after this fun event!

After the class we all gathered together to enjoy mimosas and networking. We had a few awesome giveaways thanks to Christen Strang Valentines Day cards {pictured below}, South Harmony Boutique, and Georgia made lip balm- Parallel Face and Body.
