BJ’s Wholesale Club: Halloween and Wellness Month

Happy Friday friends! Welcome back to this month’s installment of my puppy series with BJ’s Wholesale Club. Did you know October is National Pet Wellness Month? It’s also Halloween and who doesn’t love an excuse to dress up their pups in costumes? Heidi is going to be a cute little duck this year! As you can see by the photos above she is just thrilled about it! Since this month is wellness month, I wanted to share to share a few tips on how we keep our pups healthy with the help of our friends at BJ’s! 

Wellness Tips for Dogs

This month is also a big deal in our home because it’s Henry’s 8th birthday! It feels like just yesterday I brought my little 4 pound yorkie puppy home with me! I have made it a priority in my life to always take good care of my pups because they are a vital part of my family. Today I want to share a few ways I keep up with their wellness- especially now that they are getting older!

1. Quality Food– One of the first things I did when I got my pups was research high quality dog food options. Every pup has different needs but mine have done best on NUTRO™, which I buy at BJ’s. You can actually read all about it HERE.
2. Dental Care– Another area that I have invested time and effort into is my dogs dental health. Yorkies unfortunately suffer from tooth decay so keeping up with their teeth is a must!
