Beach Week: Making A Splash

Besides sunscreen, what would you say is the most important item to pack for a beach trip? A swim suit of course! Swim suit shopping can be a daunting experience. If only we all looked like the perfect Victoria Secret angels we’d be set!

This pretty blue swim suit is from Aerie by American Eagle and is very affordable. Currently, they are running a great sale where if you buy one swim piece- you get the other half off! I loved this blue striped pattern because I can wear it with any colored bottoms! I’m wearing my swim top with my favorite Palm Tree shorts from South Harmony Boutique. These shorts are super fun because you can dress them up (which I will show you how next week) or wear them casually to the beach.

Another swim suit I have fallen in love with is the Peach Soda Triangl swim suit. If you look at yesterdays post you can see me wearing it when I’m sitting tall on my husbands shoulders. I’m a big fan of this swim suit because its neoprene material makes it very flattering. Also, its thick enough so you don’t ever have to worry about it getting transparent when it gets wet. Lets be real ladies- the only toe we want to see on the beach the one connected to our feet!
