Happy Wednesday, friends!
I’m so excited to share my beautiful roses with you today and take a closer look at each one. In case you missed it, I posted an Instagram reel featuring all of my roses—be sure to check it out.
I often get asked if my roses are peonies, but I actually do not grow peonies—at least, not yet! I do have two in the ground, and if all goes well, they will bloom for the first time this year. Fingers crossed!
With rose season just around the corner, I wanted to showcase my collection in case you are thinking about adding some new varieties to your garden. I hope this post inspires you and helps you find the perfect roses to brighten up your space!

Peachy pink buds open to beautiful, white, chalice-shaped blooms, with a pinkish hue. Medium fragrance. Poor vase life. I have had a hard time keeping Desdemona healthy in my garden. It tends to be the first one to get black spot and get “stringy”. Regardless it continues to produce blooms all season long.

Pale peachy pink buds gradually open to form neatly cupped, cream rosettes. Light fragrance. Poor vase life. Also not the healthiest in my garden and typically gets black spot as well.

The perfectly formed, shallow cups are pure light pink, paling to soft blush on the outer petals. Medium fragrance. Poor vase life. Also not the healthiest in my garden and typically gets black spot as well.

The color begins as soft-apricot pink, gradually changing to pure soft pink over time. Very tall! Light fragrance. Poor vase life unless you clip very early on while the buds are tight. Overall stays pretty healthy all year long.

The blooms are particularly large and attractive, the petals being beautifully arranged. The color is a glorious soft apricot, sometimes tinged with soft pink. It has a wonderful fragrance, which is similar in style to an Old Rose, but with a sumptuous fruity note reminiscent of fresh peaches and aprico. Strong fragrance. Great vase life. One of my absolutely favorites to grow!

If I could only grow ONE rose in my garden it would be Francis. She has the most impressive, LARGE blooms (5-6″). Stems are near thornless and covered in glossy, dark foliage. Strong fragrance. Has the BEST vase life out of all my roses!

Sweet, fruity fragrance and pink ruffles galore. Strong fragrance. Great vase life. The healthiest, most disease resistant out of my roses. Gets very tall as well.

This was a free bush I got after purchasing 3 bushes from Grace Rose Farms. I am so happy I got her because she has been a great addition to our garden. Her petals have the prettiest peach color in the center and have a slight ruffle. Light fragrance. Great vase life.

The Generous Gardener (Climbing Rose)
Pale glowing pink medium climbing rose. It only gave me one true flush of blooms but it is supposed to be have repeat flowering. Beautiful, strong fragrance that you can smell the moment you walk outside. Unsure about vase life as I never cut any blooms.

Pale yellow climbing rose. Poor growth and small buds- did not do well for me. I got two of them for my arched trellis and one of the plants died all together. I plan to transplant to an area that gets partial shade to see if that helps. Overall not impressed with this variety and would not recommend.
