I hope you are having a lovely Monday! Today’s post will focus more on the fashion aspect of my blog. This weekend I was fortunate enough to do a little shopping. For those of you who know me know how much I love to shop. But then again what Southern woman doesn’t? 🙂 I am extremely “girly” and love anything pink or covered in glitter. Heidi, my little girl Yorkie, is always in a dress or has a big bow in her hair. Every night before I go to bed I pray God will one day give me a daughter I can dress up. Bless her little unborn heart.
I found some adorable things this weekend. The store Swoozies was having a 25% sale so of course I had to take advantage of it. I bought personalized thank you cards, a fancy candle, and beautiful agenda book. On top of being very girly, I am also extremely organized. I plan everything and anything in my life. Naturally I must always have a fabulous agenda book so I went on a big hunt to find it. I liked the Kate Spade and Lily Pulitzer 2014 line but decided to go with a glitter gold agenda book by Mom Agenda. Although it was originally developed for the hectic schedule of a Mom, this one is made for any busy woman to use. It is absolutely perfect! It even has a section for writing down new restaurants and wines. How did they know I would need that?
While out shopping I also made a stop at one of my favorite stores, Anthropologie. Every time I step foot in this beautiful store I feel like I am back in Paris. Which is always a good feeling right? I picked up an elegant coffee cup with the letter “L” on it. The best part about this purchase is the fact that it was only $8! What a steal!
Although it wasn’t a new purchase, I decided to put the mason jar I got from the Farmers Market lemonade to use. I went outside and picked an autumn hydrangea to put inside the jar. Wallah! Nothing better than fresh flowers for your home 🙂
