Have you ever had a meal so incredibly delicious that you just close your eyes and beg it never to end? I hope you have because it is probably the most wonderful feeling associated with food a human can feel. That’s how I felt this weekend when Andrew took me to Le Clos.
Le Clo is a romantic, intimate French restaurant located inside the North Georgia vineyard, Chateau Elan. Reservations are required so make sure you give them a call well in advance. The restaurant is very small, only having room for 26 guests. Andrew and I were seated at their best table which overlooked the vineyard.
Le Clos offers two pre fix menus, a three course or a five course. Andrew and I went with their five course menu.

I can honestly say that this was the most remarkable meal I have ever had. There truly is nothing like French cuisine. The staff was also very attentive and knowledgeable Every time I would step out to use the restroom they would re-fold my napkin! How lovely! The chef came out to ask us how our experience was and to thank us for dining with them.
