A special thanks to Artisan Custom Closets for teaming up with us to build our dream closet. All thoughts, opinions and photographs are my own.
Happy Friday! In case you missed it on Instagram, I recently shared my 2024 goals with everyone. One of those goals is to get more organized and finally get a few house projects completed. We just had our three-year anniversary of moving into our dream farmhouse but have not had the time to get a few projects done. For example, the half bath needs to be completely re-done and the dining room needs a few touches as well. One of our biggest projects is making our master closet more functional for both Drew and myself. That is why we are so excited to share that we teamed up with the one and only Artisan Custom Closets! Together with their amazing team, we are dreaming up the most functional, beautiful closet for our space. Today I want to share my experience with Artisan Custom Closets and share a few tips for anyone else considering closet remodeling.
Consult
If I am being completely honest, every single process of the closet remodeling has been seamless thanks to the team at Artisan Custom Closets. After our initial conversation, their team reached out to schedule a FREE in-house consultation with one of their designers. Yes, you read correctly, free. No strings attached. We were assigned the designer Kenyatta and she has been exceptional. When she arrived she jumped right in and together we went over a few potential makeover spaces in our home. We decided to pour all our energy into the master closet so she took initial measurements and started showing us a few examples of work she had done with closets. We were blown away with some of the transformations and needless to say, very excited about starting our closet makeover. After the consultation was over, Kenyatta scheduled the next step which was visiting the showroom and warehouse so we could finalize the initial closet proposal.
Showroom and Warehouse
Something I learned about Artisan Custom Closets that makes them unique is they do everything themselves. They cut their own material and do 100% of the design in-house. When we arrived at the showroom we also got to see their warehouse and their team working on the closest designs. It was pretty neat to see everything being done in the same space! Their showroom features various demos from closets, garage spaces, laundry and more. After taking a brief tour, Kenyatta sat us down and showed us our future closet. WOW! We were shocked by the change! Thanks to their software, she was able to give us realistic images of what our future closet was going to look like.
Pricing Questions
I’m sure one of your questions right now is, how much will this cost? If that is what is holding you back from changing up your space let me encourage you to just give Artisan Custom Closets a call. The initial design we were presented was outside our budget so Kenyatta worked her magic, made a few changes, and cut our price in half. Of course, this is an investment but trust me, it will be worth it when you get to walk into your dream closet.
Installation Day
The final step in our closet remodeling is probably the most exciting one, scheduling installation! I promise to share the whole process with you soon and of course, some behind-the-scenes stories of installation day. We are beyond excited about this big change and will keep you updated every step of the way.
Feel free to email me with any specific questions.
