Happy Wednesday friends! I am so excited about todays post because I get to share my backyard makeover with you! It has been two months in the making due to traveling and the weather. It’s finally feeling like spring here in Atlanta which means we can spend lots of time outside. That’s why it was so important to get serious about finding great outdoor furniture. Our makeover wouldn’t have been complete without locally made Leisure Made furniture. Isn’t it beautiful?

I had the pleasure of meeting founder and designer, Samantha, a few weeks ago and chatted about Leisure Made. Samantha and her business partner Eric started Leisure Made after spending years in the furniture design industry. They built Leisure Made to reflect their values – beautiful designs, using better quality materials, priced for real families, and protected with a no hassle one year warranty. And did I mention their beautiful furniture is designed here in Atlanta?!
Our Backyard Makeover
As mentioned before, we used our Leisure Made furniture to give our backyard a much needed makeover. Since we moved into our house a year ago, we knew we wanted to invest in some outdoor furniture. After a few months of searching we quickly found out that outdoor furniture was either too expensive or poor quality if affordable. Right when we started to feel discouraged a close friend told us about locally designed Leisure Made!
What attracted us the most to Leisure Made is the high quality product you are getting for an incredible price. We went with the Blakely White Sectional because we loved how clean and simple the design was. It’s made wit aluminum so it’s also very light to move around. We then chose the tan seating pillows to go with the neutral theme and added touches of mint color!
We of course mowed the lawn and got rid of all the weeds before we added our furniture. We also added more rocks to the area we wanted to place our furniture on. Lastly we found this outdoor rug from Target to make it more comfortable. Robinson loves sitting on the floor so the rug was a great option to keep him from eating the grass and rocks!
I can honestly tell you that Leisure Made is the best outdoor furniture we have come across. With this beautiful weather we have been spending every evening enjoying our new backyard. If you are considering making an outdoor furniture purchase, go with Leisure Made. I can promise that you will be very happy you did!
